Refund policy
Thank you for collecting original artwork by Jennifer Bell.
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your artwork, please contact me at hello@jenniferbellart.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping, insurance and packaging costs associated with the return.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected.
Damaged Artwork
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and before the artwork is framed, altered, installed or displayed.
To assist with any insurance claim or investigation, please provide:
- Clear photographs of the artwork showing the damage
- Photographs of all packaging materials
- Photographs of any visible damage to the outer packaging, tube or box
- A photograph of the shipping label
- A short video showing both the artwork and packaging
Please retain all original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the shipping carrier may require further evidence or inspection.
Failure to provide sufficient evidence of transit damage may affect my ability to process a refund, replacement or insurance claim.
Original Artwork
Each artwork is created by hand and may contain variations in texture, surface, stitching, collage elements or other handmade characteristics. These are considered part of the artwork and are not defects.
Every effort is made to accurately represent colours and details; however, colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Commissions
Commission deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a commission is cancelled after work has begun, any refund will be at the artist's discretion and may take into account time, materials and work already completed.
Completed commissioned artworks are non-refundable.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
