Refund policy
We hope you are delighted with your artwork. However if you find a piece does not work for you, please email info@jenniferbellart.com within seven days from the time you receive an artwork.
Please then return the work in its original condition within 14 days. Items must be sent with tracking and we strongly recommend insurance. Any items damaged in transit and not returned in their original condition can not be refunded.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. If you choose not to collect a piece due to these fees, refunds will be processed only when the item is returned and received in its original condition, minus any shipping costs incurred.
Exceptions
Please note custom and personalised items and commissions cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Any unauthorised returns will be not be accepted.
